Kaskis was founded by two enthusiastic young chefs and a wine-loving waiter.
After a few hectic hours of service at the very beginning, one thing became clear to all three: More people were needed. Setting the bar lower was not an option.
Three years later, there are over 15 young talents taking care of the daily routines of warm hospitality.
Despite the small size of the restaurant, the atmosphere is so lively and the amount of energy is so great that one could easily guess the room to be bigger.
Each dish is served by the person responsible for the result, each person serves with a smile on their faces and each smile is genuine. Motivation is an energy booster.
